Bosses Guide
Boss hunting on Dekaron Vanilla mainly revolves around Favnil and Deux Marble. These bosses are spawned by map activity instead of boring hidden timers. Farm the correct map, build the counter, spawn the boss, and follow the global announcements.

Main Boss System
Kill Counter Bosses
Avalon Island and Python Castle are the active boss maps. Every monster killed on the correct map pushes that map closer to spawning its boss. Avalon Island progresses Favnil, while Python Castle progresses Deux Marble.
- Favnil and Deux no longer use the old 1-hour respawn system.
- Avalon Island and Python Castle each have their own separate boss kill counter.
- Kill 6,000/10,000 monsters on the correct map to spawn that map's boss.
- Boss progress is globally announced at 25%, 50%, and 75% monster kills.
- Boss spawns are globally announced on every map.
- Boss kills are also globally announced, so players do not run for a boss that is already dead.

Favnil is the Avalon Island map-progress boss. Kill monsters in Avalon Island to build the boss counter. Once 6,000 monsters are killed, Favnil spawns and the whole server is notified.

Deux Marble is the Python Castle map-progress boss. Kill monsters in Python Castle to build the boss counter. Once 10,000 monsters are killed, Deux Marble spawns and the whole server is notified.

Access Note
Python Inner Castle quest from Hamon in Draco Desert now starts at Level 80.
Boss Hunting Priority
Focus Avalon Island for Favnil and Python Castle for Deux Marble. The progress messages at 1,500, 3,000, and 4,500 kills tell the server when the boss is getting close. Once the boss spawns, the spawn is announced globally. Once it dies, the kill is also announced globally.
Old Boring Boss
Agacion
Agacion is still the old simple field boss in Requies Beach. It uses the classic 1 hour respawn after death and is mostly an early boss for Level 60+ players. It is not part of the active kill-counter boss system.
